Visitors can upload a PDF, image or screenshot during a conversation — for example a photo of a broken product, a damage report, an invoice or a screenshot of an error message. What about shops without an API?

As long as your product pages contain Schema.org Product markup (required for Google Shopping and Bing product search results), we read name, price, description and image directly from the page source. If the markup is entirely absent, AI-driven extraction is the last resort — this consumes tokens from your account credits.
